Background & Experience
Charles has always served the community and continues this practice through his work at Caraway Injury Attorneys. Shortly after high school, Charles enlisted with the Marines and has always been interested in local police and law enforcement. He served for four years before being honorably discharged and returning to school to get his degree in History from Sacramento State and his J.D. from McGeorge University.
